Cashier Associate
The Cashier Associate is responsible for processing transactions at the end of a customer’s visit. They will utilize exceptional customer service in conjunction with our point-of-sale system to ensure an unparalleled customer experience. Extensive cannabis knowledge is not required, but a passion for cannabis is a must.
Responsibilities
- Checks and confirms the ID of the customer
- Helps customers with the purchase of products
- Stay up to date with product information and business promotions
- Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or clerk experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Responsible cash handling experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Retail experience preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable)
Budtender
The Budtenders will use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to establish a rapport with customers and guide them to the appropriate product. Budtenders will utilize a mobile POS tablet to prepare customer carts for the fulfilment team. They will be responsible for visual presentation of all products in displays and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greets and helps customers with the selection of products
- Maintains and organizes product displays
- Assist consumers with any product questions
- Guide consumers to the right product for their needs
- Build consumer relationships to gather a loyal consumer base
- Express the dispensary’s mission and values to the consumer and share a passion for cannabis
- Keep the dispensary environment clean, professional, and upbeat
- Ensure compliance throughout the point of sale and report any violations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned

Inventory Associate
The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders in a timely manner. They will work directly with the Inventory Manager to ensure that the inventory room is kept in working order, clean, and productive at all times, while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Organizes all products in the inventory room
- Prepares and fulfills customer orders
- Maintain an organized inventory storage space
- Abide by compliance procedures and regulations regarding the state’s specific marijuana laws.

- 1+ years of backend inventory management or warehouse experience
- Extensive knowledge of marijuana product range
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Minimum 21 years of age

Security Associate
The Security Agent is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state security requirements at all times. They will be the first point of contact for a customer as they are checked into our queuing systems. The security associate will also maintain the working order of all security assets. Their duties include guarding and patrolling the company property and to prevent and deter theft and violence.
Responsibilities
- Observes security cameras to check for any theft or unusual activity on the premise, etc.
- Perform timely walk throughs and checks of security equipment throughout the store
- Check and validate customer identification at the security vestibule
- Monitor premises as directed by the store management
- Escort personnel as needed
- Prevent and deter criminal activity and loss of assets
- Conduct security evaluations to ensure constant improvement and compliance
- Ensure the reporting and documentation of all incidents and provide initial information for investigations to appropriate authorities
Qualifications
- 1+ years in asset protection or security experience
- Background in military service, law enforcement, security, or related field preferred
- Weapons and armed response training preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience and/or training in de-escalation and conflict resolution
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends in rotating shifts
- Minimum 21 years of age
