In Massachusetts, yes! In November 2016, Massachusetts voters approved ballot question 4, legalizing recreational cannabis for individuals at least 21 years old.
Adults 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued ID can have on your person up to one ounce of cannabis. No more than 5 grams of cannabis may be in the form of concentrate. Please note that Botera may implement additional purchase limits from time to time based on product supply.

We need to see a valid driver’s license, passport, or a valid State/Federal Photo ID. We can accept temporary driver’s licenses as long as they are not expired. We do accept out-of-state Driver’s Licenses as long as they are not expired. For out-of-state customers we suggest bringing additional verification in with you (such as a bank card, social security card, credit card, etc.).
Simply visit our website and click the appointment tab. That will direct you to our open time slots. Select the time slot and insert your information. You should receive an email confirmation within a few minutes with instructions upon your arrival.
Walk-ins are welcome! Walk-in customers may be subject to a wait in our lobby in the case our sales floor is at capacity. As an alternative, appointments are available to ensure a smooth visit.
There is ample parking around the entire building at all of our locations. If it is a high traffic time (Evenings, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays) there will be a parking attendant in the lot to greet and guide you where to park. Once you arrive, you will proceed to our security or identification agent to be identified properly before entering the dispensary.

We accept Cash and Debit in the form of Cashless ATM. There is a standard $3.50 fee for using your card.
Debit cards are processed using Cashless ATM. The Cashless ATM is a PIN based cash withdrawal that is used for products or services and transactions to go through the banking system just like a traditional ATM transaction. There is a $3.50 convenience fee to use this machine, which will reflect on your bank statement. There may be additional fees charged by your bank for using this method. There is a maximum withdrawal limit of $500 on this machine. Orders totaling more than $500 will require more than one transaction, which will result in multiple fees. Additionally, any ATM withdrawal limits that have been placed on your account will be in effect.

Defective cartridges may be exchanged within (7) days of in-store purchase and within (14) days of delivery purchase. Exchanged products must be in original packaging with product name and batch number fully legible. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the price paid or the remaining value of the item based on managers’ discretion. No exchanges are guaranteed. Empty cartridges will not be exchanged.
All sales on electronic devices are final. Defective devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer.
In Massachusetts, you are subject to a 6.25% state sales tax, a 10.75% state excise tax and up to a 3% local tax for certain cities and towns.
You are permitted to travel with cannabis utilizing the guidelines below as long as you remain within mainland Massachusetts. Cannabis cannot be transported across state lines or across federal land or waters.
