Community
Botera is For Cannabis and For Community.
Botera strives to be a vibrant and positive presence in the local communities surrounding our dispensaries through partnerships, sponsorships, donations, local event participation, charitable donations and local clean up and restoration efforts.
Botera’s promise encompasses not only quality and excellence in our products and services, but extends to supporting the decriminalization of cannabis to further facilitate the success of the cannabis industry as a whole. As an active supporter of legal cannabis use and the many holistic benefits cannabis can provide, we recognize the importance of our support and participation in the cannabis movement. Botera strives to encourage meaningful changes within the cannabis community through cannabis education, resources and outreach within the community.
Botera’s Community Partners
Last Prisoner Project
The Last Prisoner Project was founded in 2019 out of the belief that no one should remain incarcerated for cannabis offenses.
We brought together a group of justice-impacted individuals, policy and education experts, and leaders in the worlds of criminal justice and drug policy reform to work to end the fundamental injustice that is America’s policy of cannabis prohibition.
Our dedicated team works tirelessly to achieve our goal of freeing the tens of thousands of individuals still unjustly imprisoned for cannabis.
