Cannabis Rescheduling
Holy Smokes! Did you hear the news?! Cannabis has been rescheduled from a Schedule 1 drug to a Schedule 3 drug! This decision was signed by Trump on December 18th, but there are still some questions and concerns regarding timelines of rescheduling, what these immediate changes could bring, and ultimately federal rescheduling of cannabis.
